-Should be a weight that is challenging but you are confident with. Drill position and speed on these.
2. EMOM 10 min
Odd: 10 Bar Facing Burpee
Even: 5 Thruster (135/95)
Try adding 1 rep to each movement every round
-If you can’t add reps just go back to the previous rep that you did. If need some work cycling moderate or lighter barbells take it down to 95/65 or 75/55, etc and try 10 reps instead of the 5.
